Refund policy
Thensome, Inc. and its subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates (“Thensome”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) maintain separate policies for wholesale refunds and returns that differ from our retail policy. Wholesale transactions are governed exclusively by the specific agreements between Thensome and each wholesale buyer. This Refund Policy applies only to retail purchases. Please also note that our policies vary depending on the type of product. Review this policy carefully.
1. Refunds and Returns.
1.1 Thensome THC Products.
We stand behind the quality of our Thensome THC products purchased online at thensome.com. If a product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 30-day return policy from the original purchase date. Returns for any reason other than defects or damage are accepted solely at our discretion. Proof of original purchase is required for any refund consideration.
How to request a return:
- Contact us at contact@thensome.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order details and proof of purchase.
- If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
▲ Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking fee:
- All refunds for orders that have already shipped are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- You are responsible for return postage and shipping fees.
1.2 Thensome Apparel.
We only offer exchanges on apparel items to accommodate size changes, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, with original packaging and tags attached, and undamaged.
- Exchanges are only processed for the same item in a different size.
- All headwear items are one size fits all and are not eligible for exchange.
▲ Important: Please note that exchanges for apparel items are subject to product availability and can only be processed while supplies last.
1.3 Thensome Accessories.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.
For issues with accessories that arrive damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at contact@thensome.com and provide photos and proof of purchase. Approved claims will be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. Issues With Order Processing.
If your billing address and shipping address do not match, your order may not process successfully. Once a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the funds to reflect in your account.
3. Cancellation for Lack of Communication.
If we attempt to contact you regarding your order and do not receive a response within 30 days, your order may be automatically cancelled without further notice.
