Shipping policy

We are not offering the Products for sale in any jurisdiction where such sale or use is illegal.  It is your responsibility to ensure that in buying, receiving, possessing, using, and/or selling the Products, you are complying with all applicable laws in your location.  

Notwithstanding the foregoing, due to state-specific hemp regulations, we do not currently ship to certain U.S. states.  A list of restricted states is available at checkout and is subject to change without notice.

All of our beverage Products contain THC extract that was derived from Hemp containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight volume to comply with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018.

All shipping times provided are estimates only and not guarantees.  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory holds, or other factors beyond our control.  Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the Products to the shipping carrier.

If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or regulatory restriction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less shipping and handling charges.  We do not guarantee reshipment.
